It is now time to resume our work to combine these elements
into a comprehensive design that we can take to Council for their further review and potential approval.

This letter is a proposal for further design development of the ideas presented in September. We will be developing
designs for both the Wayfinding Program and Theatre Way II in parallel. However. Susan Moeller has determined that
the presentation to Council should be on separate days. The target date for presentation of Wayfinding to the City
Council is Monday February 13. 2006. with Theatre Way II to be presented in late February or early March. The City
Council hearings will be preceded by a public meeting at the end of January-we have assumed that both Wayfinding
and Theatre Way II will be presented at a single public meeting.

This proposal covers design development only.
