It is difficult to calculate the value of these additional efforts precisely. I would <br />propose compensation of FIVe thousand dollars ($5,000) to cover the additional efforts, which is less than 20% of the <br />value of the original contract for efforts that required more than double the time, meetings and submittals originally <br />contemplated. If you agree to this compensation for the additional work completed previously, the total contract <br />amount for this continuing phase will be Twenty one thousand five hundred dollars ($21,500 = $16,500 upcoming work <br />+ $5,000 previous additional work).
