City of Redwood City 'esign-Builder Selection <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "E" <br /> <br /> OWNER COSTS AND COSTS NOT IN CONTRACT <br /> <br /> FOR THE <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> FIRE STATION NUMBER 11 <br /> <br /> March 1999 <br /> <br />The following owner costs will be paid directly by the City of Redwood City and are not <br />to be included in the contract (NIC), <br /> <br />· All costs normally categorized as owner soft costs (except architectural and <br /> engineering costs) <br />· Building permit fees <br />· City assessments and entitlement fees <br />· Encroachment permits <br />· Financing costs <br />· Grading permits <br />· Materials testing except for retesting of work found deficient or non-conforming <br />· PG&E fees (permanent) <br />· Plan check fees <br />· Property taxes <br />· Sewer connection fees <br />· Soils observation and compaction testing <br />· Special inspection except re-inspection of work found deficient or non-conforming <br />· Telephone service fees (permanent) <br />· Water meter fees (permanent) <br />· Remediation of any and all environmental issues.
