Task 2.4 Water Use Forecasts. Consultant will develop an Excel workbook containing <br /> the framework and assumptions underpinning the nonresidential water use <br /> forecasts. The framework will multiply appropriate water use coefficients by <br /> water use drivers. <br /> <br />Task 2.5 Sensitivity Analysis. Consultant will develop and explore the sensitivity of the <br /> water use forecasts to a reasonable range of alternative water use coefficients <br /> and driver values. Consultant will develop low, best guess, and high scenarios <br /> to convey uncertainties and bound likely outcomes. <br /> <br />Task 2.6 Draft Report and Workbook. The results of Tasks 2.1 through 2.5 will be <br /> described in a draft report submitted to RWC. The framework and data will be <br /> delivered in an Excel workbook. <br /> <br />Task 3. Comprehensive Reporting <br /> <br />Task 3.1 Final Report. Consultant will address comments to the draft reports specified <br /> in Tasks 1.6 and 2.6 and create and deliver a final report covering both. RWC <br /> will receive 10 hard copies and an electronic file of the final report. <br /> <br />Task 3.2 Update UWMP Tables. Consultant will develop a summary table of forecasted <br /> water use that could be inserted into an updated Urban Water Management <br /> Plan. <br /> <br />Task 3.3 Connection Fee Input. Consultant will develop summary tables intended to <br /> assist with the process of developing water connection fees. The tables will <br /> address water use characteristics expected with new development. <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />Task 1 will be completed by end of November 2001. Task 2 will be completed by end of <br />February 2002. Task 3 will be completed in March 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />
