Ten <br /> (10) copies of the Administrative Draft Final EIR (ADFEIR) document will be submitted to the <br /> City staff for review four weeks after the end of the public review period. <br /> <br /> B. Screen Check Final EIR Addendum <br /> <br /> Wagstaff and Associates expects that one consolidated set of comments will be submitted by <br /> the City regarding changes needed to the ADFEIR document. A "Screen Check" version of <br /> the Final EIR document will then be prepared, incorporating refinements to the FEIR in <br />r response to the City staff comments. Three (3) copies of the Screen Check FEIR will be <br /> submitted to City staff for final comments and approval. <br /> <br /> C. Final EIR Addendum <br /> <br /> Wagstaff and Associates will prepare the final, public release version of the Final EIR <br />r Addendum based on City staff approval of the Screen Draft FEIR Addendum. One hundred <br />r (100) copies of the Final EIR Addendum, plus one (1) reproducible master copy and one (1) <br /> electronic copy, will be delivered to the City one week after consultant receipt of staff <br /> comments. <br /> <br /> TASK VIII. PREPARATION OF MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PLAN <br /> <br /> For a project of this nature, many of the environmental mitigation measures likely to be <br /> recommended in the EIR will be subject to effective monitoring through the City's subsequent <br /> development plan, design review, development agreement, plan check, and construction <br /> inspection procedures, as individual increments are proposed. However, to satisfy CEQA <br /> section 21081.6, a documented record of implementation will be necessary. An outline <br /> mitigation monitoring checklist will be prepared by Wagstaff and Associates which will include <br /> each mitigation measure and recommended "who, what, when, and how" aspects of mitigation <br /> implementation and monitorinq. <br /> <br /> TASK IX. MEETING ATTENDANCE <br /> <br />r In addition to the Initial Interagenoy Meeting and Public Scoping Meeting, John Wagstaff, EIR <br />r Principal-in-Charge, will attend up to six (6) public hearings to assist staff in presenting and <br />r responding to comments and questions on the EIR. John Wagstaff, Ray Pendro, and/or <br />r Vanessa Bulkacz, Senior Planners, will also attend up to four (4) two-hour meetings with City <br />r staff, the applicant, and/or the planning team during the course of the EIR preparation effort. <br /> <br /> WP511622WIISCtOO13-2.
