PREPARATION OF DRAFT EIR <br /> <br /> A. Administrative Draft EIR <br /> <br /> The project description, existing settings, impact assessments, mitigation measures, policy <br /> consistency evaluations, and alternative comparisons developed in Tasks II, III, and V will be <br /> refined and presented in an Administrative Draft EIR (ADEIR) format approved by the City. A <br /> suggested detailed EIR format, in the form of a proposed Table of Contents, is included as <br /> chapter Ill of this proposal. <br /> <br /> Ten (10) copies of the Administrative Draft will be submitted to City staff for internal review <br /> and comment. If requested, Wagstaff and Associates will also participate in a work session <br /> with City staff to receive and discuss staff comments on the Administrative Draft EIR. <br /> <br /> B. Screen Check Draft EIR <br /> <br />r If desired by the City, Wagstaff and Associates will prepare and submit up to three (3) copies <br /> of a "screen check" Draft EIR for review by the City to ensure that all comments on the <br /> Administrative Draft have been adequately incorporated into the Draft EIR document. <br /> <br /> C. Draft EIR <br /> <br /> Wagstaff and Associates expects that one consolidated set of comments will be submitted by <br /> the City regarding changes needed to the ADEIR and Screen Check DEIR. A Draft EIR will <br /> then be prepared, incorporating revisions and refinements to the Administrative EIR and <br />r Screen Check DEIR in response to the City staff comments. One hundred (100) copies of the <br /> Draft EIR, plus one (1) reproducible master copy and one (1) electronic copy, will be delivered <br /> to the City three weeks after consultant receipt of these comments. <br /> <br /> TASK VII. PREPARATION OF THE FINAL EIR <br /> <br /> A. Administrative Draft Final EIR Addendum <br /> <br /> Wagstaff and Associates will prepare a Final EIR document that addresses substantive <br /> review-period verbal and written comments made by the public and interested agencies <br /> regarding the content and adequacy of the Draft EIR. The Final EIR will also include a <br /> "revisions" section that incorporates any necessary changes to the Draft EIR. (The scope <br /> assumes that one package of all written comments received during the Draft EIR public review <br /> period, plus a transcript or tape recording of the Draft EIR public hearing, will be delivered to <br /> the EIR consultant by the City.) <br /> <br /> The Response-to-Comments portion of the Final EIR will include a summary/index of <br /> comments received, a collection of verbatim comments (letters, memoranda, minutes, etc.), <br /> <br /> WP511622WI I SCiOO13-2.
