Proposed Redevelopment Project No. 3 <br />Reports: City Manager 1/22/87 and Community <br />Development Director 10/21/86 <br />Mayor Claire said that the joint meeting is intended to be an informal <br />free - flowing discussion session with regard to the proposed Redevelopment <br />Project No. 3 and encouraged Council and Planning Commission members to <br />participate and ask questions during the presentations by staff. <br />Housing Coordinator Church, prospective Executive Director of the Redevelopment <br />Agency, presented an overview of redevelopment generally and of Area No. 3 as <br />described in the subject reports, noting that it includes the present Gateway <br />and Centre Sub -Areas of Project No. 2. <br />Joi nt.
