Item No. 1 (continued) <br />Planning Director Patterson presented a transparency of the entire downtown <br />area with overlays indicating the present redevelopment sub -areas and the <br />present Downtown Plan. <br />Mr. Church continued presenting transparencies indicating the status of <br />development of the four sub -areas of Project No. 2.
