MID -YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AND REVIEW Finance Director Ramch andani presented the subject report using transparencies of exhibits to the report and of graphs. Councilman Britischgi requested additional information be provided concerning subdivision fee as budgeted and revised for 1986 -87 and projected for 1987 -88, noting that the budgeted figure for 1986 -87 is 180,000 which is revised to 1,000,000. He noted that the 1987 -88 budgeted and revised figures are the same, 150,000. MEMO 2/22/87 II. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM City Manager Smith presented the program and invited questions regarding details. Public Works Director Addiego offered to provide a sidewalk repair schedule to Council members. MEMO 2/22/87 Mr. Addiego distributed a letter of January 22, 1987, from BCDC to Tillson, Bliss and Zigterman relating to proposed roadway construction, East Bayshore Road at Seaport Boulevard, Redwood City. Council members requested that Mr. Addiego take a look at the water main repair area at Jefferson and Alameda and correct any potential hazards to motorists.
