Councilman Bury reported that Dr. Eldon Ellis was selected as Redwood City's <br />"Outstanding Citizen for 1986" by American Legion Post 105 in conjunction <br />with the Peninsula Times Tribune and asked that a resolution be prepared in <br />recognition of the honor paid to Dr. Ellis.
