Stangel <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />CALL TO ORDER - 7:30 p.m., Mayor Claire presiding. <br />Board of Supervisors Chambers <br />401 Marshall Street <br />March 16, 1987 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />Councilmen present: Britschgi, Bury, Chandler, Greenalch, LaBerge, Stangel and <br />Mayor Claire <br />Councilmen absent: None <br />Officials and staff present: Irizarry, Schricker, Ramchandani, Hildebrand and <br />Pawloski, Addiego, Patterson, Church, Griffiths, Light, <br />O'Brien, Hamilton <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Councilman Greenalch <br />INVOCATION - Father Vern Jones <br />St. Peters Episcopal <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Executive Session 3/9/87 <br />City Council 3/9/87 <br />M /S: Chandler / Greenalch to approve the Executive Session Minutes as submitted <br />with a correction to indicate that Councilman Stangel was present. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Claire determined it to be the consensus of Council to continue <br />consideration of the Minutes of March 9, 1987, until March 23, 1987, pending <br />circulation to Council of an addendum requested by a speaker at the March 9 <br />meeting. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Councilman Britschgi presented a proclamation from the Girls Scouts of <br />Redwood City to Library Director Light for display in the Library. The <br />proclamation is a commitment by the Girl Scouts to provide the Library with <br />documentation and a display on the history of the Scouts in Redwood City in <br />recognition of their 75th Anniversary and is signed by some 400 Scouts. <br />Reg.Mtg. <br />3/16/87 <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 47 <br />Page No. 71 <br />
