RECORDS: <br /> <br /> VENDOR shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to <br /> costs, expenses, receipts and other such information required by CITY or <br /> AMBER that relate to the performance of services under this contract for <br /> a period of three years and shall allow CITY or AMBER to inspect or <br /> aUdit those records at any time. <br /> <br /> F. TERM: <br /> <br /> The term of this contract shall commence on , and <br /> shall continue indefinitely, unless the funding for the TAXI SERVICE is <br /> exhausted or the program terminated earlier as set forth herein. <br /> VENDOR shall be immediately notified by telephone and mail if and <br /> when funding is exhausted. <br /> <br /> G.
