Item No. 11 (continued) Dan Levin, Lincoln Properties, 101 Lincoln Center Drive, Foster City, commented concerning sewage disposal methods in use by Seaport Centre and speculated on the source and responsibility for problems on Seaport Boulevard and on possible solutions. Mr. Levin asked that the problems be resolved and blame fixed later and inquired about the status of the water pond area. Mr. Addiego described the planned water ponds, noting a design problem exists. City Manager Smith pointed out that all of the difficulties encountered in the area are part of the same problem.
