Matters of Council Interest (continued0 <br />2.2 Councilman Greenalch reported that on Thursday evening, May 7, 1987, a joint <br />meeting of the Regional Planning Committee (RPC) and the Transportation <br />Advisory Committee was held and that a report was made by the Transportation <br />Subcommittee of RPC with recommendations that opposed the recommendations of - <br />the County's city managers and city engineers and, instead placed emphasis <br />on mass transit.
