Matters of Council Interest (continued) <br />2.3 Councilman Greenalch called attention to correspondence from "California for <br />Safe Motorcycling" and their support of AB 36 (Mandatory Motorcycle Helmet <br />Bill ). Councilman Greenalch noted that Council went on record in support of <br />AB 36 in accordance with Legislative Committee Report 87 -1 approved on <br />February 2, 1987, and urged Council to restate its position to the State <br />Senate where the bill will be heard in the Transportation Committee on June <br />30, 1987.
