Item No. 4 (continued) <br />Mayor Claire d ecl ar ed the Public Hearing o pen at 9:55 p.m. <br />John Chapman, 2228 Brewster, received Notice of Violation after he <br />replaced his old fence with good looking new one. He asked for special <br />consideration for corner homes due to their lack of a private backyard. <br />Mayor Claire invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so.
