Item No. 12 (continued out of order) <br />Michelle , 1121 Lincoln, Burlingame, asked if it would be possible <br />for Mr. Osl an to obtain a permit for his fence from the Planning Department <br />tomorrow in order to close the property sale immediately. <br />Mrs. Case said that the Planning Department would undoubtedly give Mr. <br />Osl an the permit when his property does meet the new Code requirements, <br />even if the ordinance would not become effective officially until August 19, <br />1987, but she pointed out that Mr. Osl an acknowledges that the fence is not <br />in compliance with the new ordinance now . <br />Michael Welch, 633 Topaz, said he favors the fence ordinance and inquired as <br />to the definition of "front yard".
