Presentation of Certificate of Appreciation to Troy <br />Piegaia in recognition of his rescue of Ann Vikfors and <br />her pet Yorkshire terrier <br />Vice Mayor Chandler expressed the gratitude of the City to Mr. Piegaia for <br />his courage and his concern during the recent dog attack on Ann Vikfors <br />and her pet terrier.
