General (continued) <br />A representative of the proposed Sequoia Medical Office Building inquired as to <br />whether a traffic presentation would have to be addressed to another City body <br />and whether the Traffic Committee will review the EIR also. <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Claire determined it to be the consensus of the Joint Meeting <br />that staff and representatives of the Traffic Committee work together to <br />develop a mechanism which will trigger the items to be referred automatically <br />to the Committee, with a draft to be prepared for review by the Council and the <br />Committee before a new resolution establishing Committee duties is prepared. <br />MEMO 10/20/87 <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the Joint Meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m. <br />JACQUELINE C.
