Public Hearing - Proposed amendment of the Downtown <br />Development Plan to conform to the adopted Centre Area <br />Revitalization Plan (201 -02) <br />Planning Commission record transmitted 10/27/87 <br />Affidavit of Publication of Notice of Hearing is on file <br />Planning Director Patterson presented the Planning Commission report and <br />recommendation. <br />Mayor Claire declared the public hearing open at 7:37 p.m. and invited anyone <br />present who wished to speak to do so.
