Preliminary draft - Prevailing Wage Rate Policy <br />(801-01 ) <br /> <br />Report: <br /> <br />Executive Director 11/18/87 <br /> <br />In response to question, Executive Director Church said that he has sent <br />copies of the proposed prevailing wage rate policy to labor organizations. <br /> <br />Mr. Church and Associate Counsel Hildebrand said that the draft policy has <br />been prepared for review by the Agency Board and other interested parties with <br />the intention of scheduling adoption of the policy for December 21,1987. <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: Chairman Claire determined it to be the consensus of the Agency <br />Board to review the draft proposed prevail ing wage rate policy and continue <br />discussion until December 21, 1987 to permit interested parties time to <br />comment. <br /> <br />MEMO 11 124/87 <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />5. Review of proposed Medical Arts Center (Brewster <br />and Argue 11 0) <br /> <br />David Wolterinc¡, Martin Carpenter & Associates, San Carlos, representing <br />Whitney Associates, displayed an architect's sketch of the proposed Center and <br />described it, using overhead projections of the site. In response to <br />question, he said the developers have commitments for half of the office <br />space. <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />ADJCXJR NME NT <br /> <br />M/S: Laberge/Britschgi to adjourn to December 21, 1987, immediately following <br />City Council meeting, Board of Supervisors Chambers.
