Public Hearing - Demolition expense Statement, 104 <br />Cedar Street (per RESOLUTION NO. 9919 7/1/85) (702 -11) <br />Report: Community Development Director 11/5/87 <br />Mayor Claire declared the public hearing open at 7:35 p.m. <br />Mayor Claire invited anyone to speak who wished to do so. No one wished to <br />speak. <br />M /S: Bury /Britschgi to close the public hearing. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote to close the public hearing at 7:36 p.m. <br />Title read: M /S: Britschgi /Bury <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10689 CONFIRMING ABATEMENT EXPENSE STATEMENT AND ORDERING <br />COLLECTION ON TAX ROLL PERTAINING TO ABATEMENT OF DILAPIDATED STRUCTURE <br />LOCATED AT 104 CEDAR STREET <br />Carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />None <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />a. Councilman Britschgi requested staff to intensify efforts to clean up <br />corner lots at El Camino Real /Broadway and James /Broadway. <br />MEMO 12/8/87 <br />b. In response to comments of Councilman Britschgi, City Manager Smith said <br />he has tentatively scheduled a presentation on Eagle House for the December <br />21, 1987 council meeting. <br />MEMO 12/8/87 <br />c. Councilwoman LaBerge asked colleagues and friends of Redwood City to <br />participate in the "Clean Up of Middlefield Road" scheduled for December 12, <br />1987. <br />d. Councilman Stangel reported the Finance Committee recommended to the <br />Board of Directors of Sam Trans the approval of the Park and Ride project at <br />Whipple and Highway 101, and recommended awarding contract. <br />e.
