<br />Mr. Charles Jany <br />990 Veterans Blvd. <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Project Cost and Management <br /> <br />Work will be billed in quarter-hour increments at the rate of $120 per hour for my time and $80 per <br />hour for the work of MHA's Environmental Analyst. All hours worked will be accounted for in detail <br />and invoiced to the City on a monthly basis. Direct expenses incurred in the pe,rformance of this <br />work. including but not limited to printing and copying. photo processing, etc., will be invoiced to <br />the City with a 15% processing mark-up. No mileage or travel expenses are anticipated. Project <br />costs are estímated at $9,952, as outlined in the attached budget. <br /> <br />The project estimate is not intended to be a "not-ta-exceed" figure, as project and process <br />uncertainties cannot be predicted. The budget shall not. however, exceed the estimate without the <br />express written permission of the City, after consultation with the project applicant. <br /> <br />As project manager for MHA, I will be responsible for all of the tasks outlined in the scope of work, <br />including attendance at all meetings with staff, the applicant, and boards and commissions. I will <br />be assisted by Andrew Gentile and/or Tania Treis, environmental analysts with MHA. Mr. Gentile <br />and/or Ms. T reis will provide research support, collect data and develop tables and graphics to <br />accompany written materials. No other personnel or subcontractors will be used without the <br />consent of the City at Redwood City. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration.
