Item No. 4 (continued) <br />Kimberly Watson, 1418 Middlefield Road, filed a letter relating to the <br />purchase of the Cassia Street property where the house is proposed to be <br />located from Frank Parenti on behalf of his mother, the current owner, <br />indicating a sale may be possible. <br />Gladys Woodhams, 1018 Main Street, of the Historic Resources Committee, spoke <br />in support of the request of Mr. and Mrs. Watson. <br />City Attorney Schricker and Mr. Malkemus advised that it is within the <br />authority of the Building Official to proceed as suggested by Mr. Malkemus <br />and that the immediate need for nuisance abatement does not now exist since <br />the building is boarded up and proposed to be rehabilitated immediately which <br />is an acceptable form of nuisance abatement.
