Item No. 1 (continued) <br />Planner Patterson presented the subject recommendation, using an overhead <br />projection of the tentative map of the property (Creekside Manor) contained <br />in the report for reference. In response to question, Mr. Patterson said <br />that the proposed bridge to two lots creates no problem with regard to fire <br />access, since equipment would not be brought on to the property and fire hose <br />could easily reach the structure. <br />Director of Public Works Addiego confirmed the statement of Mr. Patterson <br />regarding fire access. <br />Mayor Britschgi declared the public hearing open at 7:50 p.m. and invited <br />anyone present who wished to speak to do so. Housing and Human Concerns Committee report re Hispanic <br />Discrimination Audit (203 -04) <br />Report dated 1/13/86 <br />Jack Greenalch, 870 Seminole, Chairman of the Housing and Human Concerns <br />Committee, (HHCC) presented the subject report and recommendations. In <br />response to questions, Mr. Greenalch said that Mid - Peninsula Citizens for <br />Fair Housing is fully in support of the recommendations, and that the 12 <br />apartment buildings to be monitored in the educational program will be <br />entirely confidential with results shared with apartment owners who will be <br />given the opportunity to correct any problems. Tri- County Apartment Owners <br />Association will present a status report after six months which the HHCC will <br />present to Council.
