Item No. 4 (continued) <br />John Scott, 234 Los Gatos Boulevard, Los Gatos, said that his father -in -law <br />is an experienced homebuilder who plans to construct the house, confirmed the <br />employment of a soils engineer and other statements by Mr. Elliott, and <br />reported that discussions with staff preceded his 1985 letter request to <br />Council.
