Letter from members of St. Peter's Episcopal Church <br />requesting designation of handicapped parking (1104 -02) <br />Francis Guida, 402 Portofino Drive, San Carlos, member of St. Peter's, <br />requested that the handicapped designation be given to some public street <br />parking places near the Church for the use of active Church members who often <br />have need of such parking places. <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Britschgi determined it to be the consensus of Council to <br />refer the request to staff for investigation and report on February 3, 1986. <br />MEMO 1/30/86 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />GENERAL <br />1) Mayor Britschgi called attention to a letter dated January 20, 1986, to the <br />City Clerk from Tele- Communications, Inc. of Fremont, notifying the City of a <br />five percent rate increase effective March 1, 1986 for cable television with <br />an additional five percent increase for installation. Mayor Britschgi <br />observed that the City has no jurisdiction in the matter, but merely must be <br />notified of the rate change.
