Status report re Seaport Boulevard Reconstruction <br />Project and Assessment District, Seaport Boulevard <br />Landscaping Project and Assessment District (407 -02) <br />Report of City Manager and Director of Public Works 1/21/86 <br />Director of Public Works Addiego presented the subject status report and <br />announced there will be a meeting of staff and the professional consultants <br />working on the projects on Wednesday, January 29, 1986 to review the <br />projects. <br />In response to question regarding the effect of issuing additional bonds, <br />City Attorney Schricker said that there is the same parity as to price, but <br />that with regard to discount, there may be a disadvantage. <br />No action required. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />At request of Councilman Rhodes and there being no objection, Mayor Britschgi <br />ordered that item 5 relating to Redwood Medical Clinic be considered separately <br />after the rest of the consent Calendar. <br />Title read. MOTION: Bury /Mosher to waive reading of the Consent Calendar, except <br />the ordinance, adopt the resolutions and approve all other items. <br />Carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br />5.
