Rohrbach, 700 Coakley Drive, San Jose, urged approval of the <br />application. <br />Mayor Britschgi invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so. No <br />one wished to speak <br />M /S: Stangel /Mosher to close the public hearing. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and public hearing closed at 8:31 p.m. <br />Title read. Public Hearing - Appeal of Planning Commission decision <br />approving the Environmental Impact Report for a <br />proposed three -story fire station at 755 Marshall <br />Street - J & S Management and James and Sheila Ortloff, <br />appellants (203 -10) <br />Planning Commission record transmitted 1/14/86 <br />Appeal letter 1/9/86 <br />Senior Assistant City Attorney Case reported that the applicant's attorney <br />has advised that his client's concerns are both long range parking problems <br />and availability of parking space during construction of the fire station. <br />Mrs. Case said he was unaware of the contract to pave the back lot to provide <br />interim parking.
