Item No. 4 (continued) <br />Mayor Britschgi declared the public hearing open at 8:42 p.m. <br />William Pagano, 702 Marshall Street, attorney representing the appellants, <br />confirmed the statements of Mrs. Case and stated for the record that the <br />understanding is that: 1) the back of the Bradford Street lot will be paved <br />and striped for use; and 2) 116 spaces in the newly paved permit parking <br />area will be available; and that if the mitigation measure is approved by <br />Council, the appeal will be withdrawn. <br />I.R. Goodman, 702 Marshall Street, urged approval of the mitigation measure. <br />E.A. (302 -02) <br />Councilman Stangel reported that the Pigeon Committee has also met and a <br />report will be provided to Council on findings that have been made.
