Report re Warwick Street traffic (1104 -01) <br />Report of City Manager and Chief of Police 2/11/86 <br />Deputy Chief of Police Hamilton presented the subject report and replied to <br />questions, stating that San Carlos has been identified as the source of the <br />heavy traffic on the bridge during commute hours. <br />City Manager Smith observed that the Planning Commission is presently <br />involved in updating the Circulation Element of the General Plan and can <br />direct attention to resolving the traffic problems on Warwick without simply <br />shifting the problem to other City streets. <br />Paul Tucini, 158 Oakdale Street, expressed concern about danger to children <br />and pets because of speeding in the area. Mr. Tucini suggested the use of <br />"Children at Play - Go Slow" signs, one -way streets, or speed bumps, if <br />they are legal.
