Bay Planning Coalition membership request (301 -01) <br />Report: City Manager 4/30/86 <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Claire determined it to be the consensus of Council that <br />the recommendation of the City Manager be accepted and that the City not <br />become a member of the Bay Planning Coalition; and stated further that he <br />will respond to Executive Director Ellen Johnck of the BPC who had asked <br />Council to join. <br />MEMO 5/9/86 <br />----------------------------------------------------------- <br />8.1 Non - Agenda Item - Windsor Way Sewer Blockage (1206 -01) <br />Report: Public Works Director 5/5/86 <br />City Manager Smith presented the subject report stating that an emergency <br />situation exists with regard to Windsor Way sewer blockage. In response to <br />question, Mr. Smith said that a review is in progress and the City will <br />attempt to obtain restitution from those responsible for the sewer line <br />damage. <br />Title read.
