Councilman Britschgi called attention to correspondence of April 7, 1986, <br />(received 4/25/86) to Council from Casa Pueblo, Sequoia Place, Park Terrace <br />and Windsor Gardens Homeowners Associations requesting strict enforcement of <br />current laws and City ordinances in the Carlos Avenue /Leahy Street area. <br />City Manager Smith reported the matter is being handled by the appropriate <br />staff who are in contact with the homeowners.
