19. RESOLUTION NO. 10219 TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $35,000.00 FROM SEWER RESERVES; <br />WASTE WATER COLLECTION; ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT & PROTECTION; OPERATING <br />PROGRAMS TO ENGINEERING DESIGN, ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT; ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT & PROTECTION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS; <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT & PROTECTION; OPERATING PROGRAMS <br />(Windsor Way Sewer Blockage, per Council action 5/5/86) <br />20. Approval of warrant nos. 35645 through 35820; and authorization to make usual <br />and necessary payment of bills through June 2, 1986. APPROVED <br />21. MOTION: reject claim of Jane Hannigan Deus #573 MINUTE ORDER NO. 86 -105 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS <br />1. Attention was called by City Manager Smith to a letter received today from <br />the City of San Carlos asking that Council be represented at a workshop to be <br />conducted on May 28, 1986, at 4:30 p.m. in the San Carlos City Hall <br />concerning the franchise for solid waste collection services. Counc i lmembers <br />Greenalch and LaBerge agreed to attend. MEMO 5/23/86 <br />2. City Manager Smith referred to a memorandum from the Community Development <br />Director regarding a proposed General Plan Citizens Advisory Committee and a <br />Planning Commission request that Council join them in obtaining names of <br />interested citizens to participate. <br />GENERAL <br />Mayor Claire suggested possible <br />Broadway Mall Maintenance Probl <br />1986, at 7:30 p.m., location to <br />Downtown Merchants Association, <br />attend. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />dates for a study meeting regarding Downtown <br />ams, and Council agreed on the date of June 12, <br />be determined, and the Chamber of Commerce, <br />and other interested persons are to be invited to <br />MEMO 5/23/86 <br />M /S: Stange I /Greenalch to adjourn to an Executive Session Pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 54956.8 following a meeting of the Redwood City Public Facilities and <br />Infrastructure Authority, and to reconvene solely to adjourn. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote, and Council adjourned its Regular Meeting at <br />11:52 p.m., and reconvened in Executive Session at 12:00 Midnight. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Council adjourned at 12:30 a.m., <br />May 20, 1986. <br />No meeting is scheduled on the Memorial Day Holiday, Monday, May 26, 1986. <br />FRANCES I.
