Professional services agreement - plan for Broadway <br />tile repair (Wilsey & Ham) (702 -02) <br />Report: Public Works Director 6/6/86 <br />Randy Anderson, Wilsey & Ham, referred to his letter of May 20, 1986 <br />attaching Exhibit A "Downtown Decorative Paving Corrective Program" and <br />presented slides of: 1) the affected area of Broadway; 2) the proposed <br />schedule relating to time allocations for each portion; and 3) the list of <br />products. <br />Mr. Anderson and Director of Public Works Addiego replied to questions <br />relating to the additional information the consultant is expected to <br />provide, the status of completion of the repaired water main, and whether <br />need exists for an overall study before a rehabilitation program is <br />commenced. <br />Nita Spanqler, 970 Edgewood Road, urged that meetings on any rehabilitation <br />plan for Broadway be held with citizens as well as with downtown merchants <br />and Chamber of Commerce members so that Broadway will be improved in <br />accordance with the wishes of the whole community. <br />M /S: Bury /Chandler to adopt the proposed resolution without inclusion of <br />repairs related to the water main at Broadway and Jefferson Avenue. <br />Reg.Mtg. <br />6/16/86 <br />Page 4 <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 46 <br />Page No. 301 <br />
