Shores, and RSP, dated June 19, 1990, and recorded June 19,1990, as Document No. <br /> 90082412 in the Official Records of San Mateo County, California (the "Second <br /> Amendment"), and was further amended by that certain Third Amendment to <br /> Development Agreemer' between '~e City, the District, and RSP (the "Third <br /> Amendment"). (The Development Agreement as amended to date, including the First, <br /> Second and Third Amendments are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Amended <br /> Development Agreement.") Terms defined in the Amended Development Agreement <br /> shall have the same meaning when used in this Agreement unless otherwise indicated. <br /> <br /> b. Pursuant to the Second Amendment, the City gave its consent to the <br /> assignment to RSP of Redwood Shores' rights in the Amended Development <br /> Agreement. <br /> <br /> c. Pursuant to the Third Amendment, the City gave its consent to extend the <br /> <br /> term of the Amended Development Agreement for five (5) years from the Termination <br /> Date and provided for notices, demands and requests to RSP be sent to Redwood <br /> Shores Properties, 1875 S. Grant Street, Suite 1000, San Mateo, California, or such <br /> other address as RSP may give to the City by like written notice. <br /> <br /> d. The term of the Amended Development Agreement commenced on the <br />effective date of the ordinance approving it (which was June 23, 1982) and continued <br />for a period of fifteen (15) years to June 23, 1997 (the "Termination Date"); and by said <br />Third Amendment said Termination Date was extended and continued for a period of <br />five (5) years to June 23, 2002.
