e. Pursuant to Government Code sections 65864-65869.5, as the same now <br /> existed or hereinafter are amended, has been adopted by the planning agency and the <br /> legislative body of the City, after duly noticed public hearings. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br /> sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Extension of Term. The City, the District and RSP hereby agree to the <br /> <br />extension of the term of the Amended Development Agreement for three (3) years from <br />the Termination Date. <br /> <br /> 2. Paragraph 8 (e). Paragraph 8 (e) of the Amended Development <br />Agreement, pertaining to commitment to construct and quarterly review, is amended to <br />read in its entirety as follows: <br /> <br /> The quarterly meetings of the parties hereto shall be held in the <br /> office of the City Manager at 9:00 a.m., on the second Wednesday <br /> of each designated month, or at such other places or times as <br /> mutually agreed upon by the parties. The City/District and RSP <br /> shall each be entitled to three (3) representatives at such meetings. <br /> The City Manager shall designate one (1) representative from the_ <br /> Redwood Shores Homeowners Association and such othe~ <br /> representatives as he/she shall select on behalf of the City and <br /> District, and the President of Redwood Shores shall designate one <br /> (1) representative from the Redwood Shores Owners Association, <br /> and one (1) representative from the Shores Business Center <br /> Association, and one (1) other as it shall select on behalf of RSP. <br /> No other persons or entities shall be entitled to representation at <br /> such meetings unless otherwise agreed upon by mutual consent of <br /> the parties hereto. All actions taken at such meetings shall require <br /> the mutual consent of the parties hereto. <br /> <br /> 3. Status of Amended Development Agreement.
