2. Any modifications to the above plans and elevations must be submitted to the <br /> Planning and Redevelopment Services Department for review and approval <br /> prior to the issuance o' a buildinc permit. <br /> <br /> 3. That the applicant comply with all Mitigation Measures of Environmental <br /> Assessment 10912-01 <br /> <br /> 4. That the applicant comply with ail the following Engineering Conditions: <br /> <br /> a) The owner shall obtain all necessary permits for grading, water line <br /> extension, disposal of storm runoff, underground fire protection system, all <br /> in accordance with City Ordinances. Plans and specifications shall be <br /> prepared to the satisfaction of Engineering and Construction. <br /> <br /> b) The owner shall obtain clearance from San Mateo County for the <br /> proposed sewer line extension in Turn Suden Way. The developer shall <br /> submit a letter to the City of Redwood City issued by the County stating <br /> that satisfactory arrangements have been made for the sewer line <br /> extension and the building permit can be issued for the site. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall obtain an Architectural Permit for review and approval by <br /> Planning and Redevelopment. The application shall show all details of the <br /> house including color, materials, trim, and proposed landscaping. <br /> <br /> 6. The applicant shall obtain a Building Permit. <br /> <br />7. Any damaged sidewalk, driveway apron, curb, gutter and/or adjacent <br /> pavement that is located within the frontage of the project site shall be <br /> repaired in accordance with Redwood City Engineering Standards prior to the <br /> occupancy of house. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall pay the appropriate school impact fees prior to the <br /> issuance of a building permit. Information regarding this fee may be obtained <br /> by contacting the Sequoia Union High School District at 369-1412, Ext. 2290. <br /> <br />9. If required, the applicant shall obtain a Tree Removal Permit. <br /> <br />10.The applicant shall comply with all applicable Fire and Building codes. The <br /> applicant shall submit building plans to both the Redwood City Fire <br /> Department and Town of Woodside Fire Department. <br /> <br />11.The applicant shatl obtain a building permit prior to the commencement of <br /> construction. <br /> <br /> <br />
