In response to question, City Attorney Schricker said that if the proposed resolution is adopted, Mr. Kray will have 30 days to remove or reconstruct the buildings, noting that if the work is commenced promptly and diligently pursued, the City would not proceed to demolish the building immediately at the expiration of the 30 days. In response to request, Mr. LaTorra confirmed that the duplex and garage structure are 86 and 90 Central and that the other building at 88 Central is not part of the proposed abatement.
