Public Hearing - Downtown Parking (per RESOLUTION NO. <br />10311, 8/18/86; Report of Police Chief and City Manager <br />8/14/86) (1104 -02) <br />Affidavit of Publication of Notice of Hearing is on file. <br />Councilman Bury, Chairman of the former Parking Committee, suggested that <br />former committee members might be willing to act as an ad hoc committee to <br />consider specific parking matters from time to time. <br />Mayor Claire declared the public hearing open at 7:42 p.m. and invited anyone <br />present who wished to speak to do so. Public Hearing - Application to rezone 1.15 acres from <br />R -3 (Multifamily - -Low Density) District to CP <br />(Commercial Park) District, Washington School site, 485 <br />Woodside Road - The Hillsdale Group, applicant <br />(203 -02) <br />Planning Commission record 8/25/86 <br />Affidavits of Publication of Notice of Hearing and of Mailing are on file. <br />Mayor Claire declared the public hearing open at 7:46 p.m. <br />Connie Mantis, 108 Murray Court, reported the prospective developer of the <br />subject site has been cooperative in discussing his plans for the property <br />with the neighbors.
