Public Hearing - Planning Commission Resolution of Intention to amend Ordinance No. 1130, the Zoning Ordinance, to prezone six separate parcels totaling 1.46 acrees from R -1 /S -9 (One Family Residential- - Medium Low Density Combining) District (County of San Mateo) to R -1 -8 (Residential -- Single Family - -8,000 square foot minimum lot size) District (203 -02) Planning Commission record transmitted 10/6/86 Affidavits of Publication of Notice of Hearing and of Mailing are on file. Mayor Claire declared the public hearing open at 7:38 p.m. Mario Biagi, 900 Veterans Boulevard, representing Joseph Figueras of 1204 Edgewood Road, stated that Mr. Figueras has no objection to the proposed prezoning. Janice Greppi, 98 Alameda, said she objects to having her property annexed to the City and was advised that Item 7 on the Agenda relates to annexation of the subject property. Mayor Claire invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so. No one wished to speak. M /S: Stangel /Greenalch to close the public hearing.
