Mr. Bernstein observed that all of the property - involved belongs to the Clinic; that there will be a significant buffer between the addition and any residential area; and that no parking problem will be created. Eldon Ellis, M.D. 3621 Farm Hill Boulevard, partner in the Clinic , in response to question, said that of the 45 physicians at the Clinic, about 25 -30 are present on any one day and that there are 175 employees and no increase in personnel is planned. Bayshore, reported a fatal accident has occurred at the subject intersection and observed that residents of the nearby mobilehome park have asked for a traffic light there, as recently as five weeks ago. Ms. Bangert said the new landscaping on Seaport Boulevard prevents drivers from seeing oncoming traffic and asked that it be removed. Dorothy Wilson, 3015 -130 E. Bayshore, urged Council to look at the damage done to the mobilehome park by those installing the new homes there and objected to approval having been given to allow the new homes. Acting City Manager Schroeter said that Council had rejected permission to use the former boat and trailer storage area for transient overnight motor home parking and that subsequently a use permit was issued to use the mobilehome park property for permanent new units.
