Nondiscrimination Based on Disability. The Developer hereby agrees that it will comply with the provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, to the extent not otherwise exempt under applicable law, as amended, providing equal access and reasonable accommodations in employment programs and services to persons who are disabled. To that end, certain units within the Project shall be constructed to comply with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as set forth in the Scope of Development. e. Interest of Public Officials. No members, officers, employees, or agents of the City of Redwood City, no member of the Ci ty Council and no other public official who exercises any function or responsibility with respect to this Agreement or Developer's Program during his or his tenure, or for one year thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or a related subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. The Developer shall incorporate in all subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibiting such interest. f. Reliqious Activitv Prohibited. The Developer covenants that there will be no religious worship, instruction, or proselytizing as part of, or in connection with, the performance or in connection with this Agreement. g. Uniform Administration Requirements.
