subcontracting party or parties, instrument. or other transferees under the (c) There shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person or group of persons on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, national origin or ancestry in the development, construction, sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the Property, the Project, or any to be conveyed therein, nor shall the Grantee or any grantees or any persons claiming under or through the Grantee establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees in the Property or the proj ect. This covenant shall remain in effect without limitation as to time. (d) After the satisfactory completion of the Project in compliance with the Agreement, the Property shall be devoted to the uses specified Article IV of the Agreement, consistent with the Redevelopment Plan and shall not, in whole or in part, be devoted to any other use or used for any other purposes except as may be approved by the Agency in writing in advance. This covenant shall remain in effect for the life of the Redevelopment Plan, as extended from time to time. (e) Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (1) Pursuant to Section 514 (Public Law 93-112), the Grantee agrees that no otherwise qualified persons with disabilities shall, solely by reason of a disability, be excluded from the participation in, be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the performance of the Agreement or in the selection of low income owners to purchase the dwelling to be built on the Property. (2) Compliance of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, requir~s that all benefits, aids and services are made available to persons with disabilities on an equivalent basis with those received by non-disabled persons. The Grantee shall agree to be in compliance with Section 504 requirements by developing a plan for compliance to be submitted to the Section 504 Coordinator as soon as possible but not later than by the close of escrow for the acquisition of the Property.
