Furthermore, private storm
drainage for my lot has already been constructed and approved. An entitlement to build
would be consistent with current City Council Policy. I'm enclosing a copy of City
Council Resolution # 14111 to review if you have any questions. I urge you to read it if it
has several years to refresh your memory, specifically paragraphs i, j, k, 1 on pages 4& 5.
Lastly, I have a completed storm drain on my property that was formed from a private
agreement between myself, Wayne Aozasa and Ron Erickson. Enclosed are the
agreement, pictures of the storm drain, and copies of signed "as-built" drawings (Bohley
Consulting) that were turned in to John Lynch.
I've met every requirement of Resolution #14111 and have exceeded it by having a
properly designed and completed storm dra.inage system that has been approved by
Redwood City Engineering Dept. The text of the resolution states the "Affected Area"
starts at the beguuiing of the dirt road which I am not located. I want to build a small
custom designed house but cannot go forward until I have your approval. I would
appreciate an answer as soon as possible. If I don`t hear from you sooner, I`ll call you in 2
weeks. Thank you for your time in reviewing this matter. If you have any questions,
please feel free to call me at (650) 430-4131.
Regazds,

` " _ r .. .
Scott Sweeney
Enclosures: Resolution #141 l 1, Lot pictures, storm drain pictures, 1996 Pazcel Map, As-
Built Drawings.
