These discrepancies are the following: <br /> 1. Paragraph "i" - Paved roadway is NOT SHOWN anywhere on Extubit "A". <br /> 2. Paragraph "1" - Demazcation line on Exlubit "A" does not match text of <br /> Resolution: "&onting unpaved extension" <br /> The discrepancy is invisible because the pavement vs. dirt road is NOT marked anywhere <br /> on E�chibit "A" as it is required to be under Paragraph "i" Once you mark the pavement, <br /> you will see that my lot at 3730 is on the paved section of roadway, and NOT part of (the <br /> "Affected Area"), `�npaved extension." (See enclosed 1996 Pazcel Map). <br /> Para�ranh "i" states: <br /> ' "The 1988 Policy did not distinguish betxaeen parcels of real property fronting on that <br /> portion of Laurel R'ay which has been paved but not improved to City's standards, as <br /> shown on Exhibit "A ". <br /> (This paved information is not shown as required on Exhibit "A", and is a key element in <br /> defining (the "Affected Area"), in Paragraph "1" below). <br /> Para¢raph Ki" states• <br /> ' Application for entitlements to develop properties fronting on Laurel Way <br /> subsequent to 1988 has indicated a need to make such a distinction.
