Laurel Way is located on uneven, steep teRain. The average <br /> slopes of undeveloped lots fronting on Laurel Way range from 21 <br /> percent to 64 percent. <br /> c. A plat of Laurel Way, showing improved and unimproved lots <br /> fronting thereon, is attached hereto, marksd Exhibit "A," and by this <br /> reference incorporat�d herein. In 1971, assessment district proceedings were instituted for the <br /> improvement of Laurel Way.
