' . � �' � —� � ' P ATTACHhiENT 3 12I1a/00 <br /> CO Y <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 14111 <br /> RESOLUTION RESTATING POLICY REGARDING <br /> DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> ON LAUREL WAY !N THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, in 1988 this Council established a policy regarding <br /> development of parcels of reat property fronting on that portion of Laurel Way in <br /> the City of Redwood City remaining in private ownership; and <br /> WHEREAS, said policy provides that, prior to the development of any <br /> such parcels, an area-wide environmental impact report sha�l be prepared for the <br /> development of all such unimproved parcels, in order to address the cumulative <br /> significant effects upon the environment of development of any such parcel; and <br /> 1MHEREAS, this Council desires to restate and make more specific said <br /> policy; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY� AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Findinas, This Council hereby finds and declares as follows: <br /> � a. Laurel Way, as platted for subdivision prior to annexation of the <br /> properties fronting thereon to the City of Redwood Gity, has a <br /> theoretical plotted width of 50 feet. Laurel Way extends <br /> approximately 1200 feet from its intersection with Hightand Avenue <br /> westerly and then northerly, terminating in a cul-de-sac.
