However, if trees need to be removed, a Tree Removal Permit shall be required from the City Arborist. The applicant shall mitigate the removal of any tree by the planting of a similar tree of equal value. 7. The applicant shall submii an erosion control plan specifying methods to control water and soil runoff during construction. 8. The applicant shall prepare a grading plan and obtain a grading permit. A ficensed engineer shall prepare the grading plan. 9. The projecYs sanitary sewer system shall be properly connected to the City's system. If necessary, the applicant shall make appropriate arrangements with the adjoining property owners. 10. All engineering reports, surveys, grading plans, and similar documents shall be prepared to the satisfaction of Redwood City Engineering and Construction by a Civil Engineer. 11. The applicant shall indude dust mitigation measures during project, excavation, grading, and construction activities. 12. The applicant shall conform construction activities to the City's Co�struction Noise Ordinance. 13. The applicant's structure shall conform to all requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, inciuding setbacks, height, and other regulations for the Residential Hillside (RH) Zoning District. If the applicant cannot meet these requirements due to special circumstances, then the applicant shall apply for a variance. 14.
