However, we would like to register the <br /> following comments with you. <br /> 1. The map of Laurel Way included with your notice is incorrect. The "City Standard <br /> Paved" section of the street ends between 3725 and 3729 Laurel Way. Laurel Way is <br /> "Substandard Paved" from 3729 Laurel Way to the end. <br /> Therefore, since you are using the paving standazds to establish the EIR — No EIR line, <br /> the properties at 3718 and 3724 Laurel Way should also be required to file an <br /> Environmental Impact Report. <br /> 2. Although we are not familiar with any plans for building on 3730 Laurel, we feel that if <br /> an exception is made for this pazcel it will set a precedent for developers of every other <br /> pazcel on the street. For example, if no EIR was required for 3730 Laurel Way why <br /> should 3734 Laurel Way be required to provide one.
